Turnaround Achievement
Miles Murray, a key member of the CG staff have achieved a spectacular turnaround on a key investment project for Cyberia Group.
The assignment included the right-sizing, re-engineering and strategic positioning of an investment opportunity in the production space. Miles attained a major success in turning the company around under 12 months, from a loss-making enterprise, to one having secured major contracts.
