Business Architecture Tool
The Business Architecture Tool (BAT), being designed on the basis of Fractal Geometry (self-similar at any level or recursion), inherently have immense Robustness, as well as Flexibility, two seemingly contradictory qualities. These qualities allow the model to be applied in any business context, at any level, for any product or service offering, hence the term - "business architectural tool". It provides powerful strength in terms of design, yet ensures that the "learning" achieved in the operations, are fed-back into the system, providing it with the capacity to adapt and change, based upon the learning or stimuli received in the environment.
An important and integral aspect of the model is the great interrelatedness and interdependencies, these three architectural constructs have on a business. Recognising that it is not only one of these elements that brings success, but rather the construction and management of these three, as a holistic "system" that yields the desired outcome of growth and success.
The approach does not offer instant success; instead it provides our clients and ourselves with a tool within which we can navigate the dynamic landscape we find ourselves in. It allows users superior insight and focus on unlocking innovation by understanding the patterns and maps that exist in the structures of business and society. Sustainable success requires constant learning and adaptation (a Complex Adaptive System-CAS).
